Injection moulding cum Production Manager

• Key Responsibilities:
• Injection Moulding Operations

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines and processes.
• Expertise in mould parameter setup and mould changeover.
• Good leadership and team handling skills.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong knowledge of different raw materials used in plastic moulding.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Manage day-to-day production activities on injection moulding machines.
• Set up mould parameters as per product and quality requirements.
• Plan and execute mould changes efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and machine upkeep in coordination with maintenance teams.
• Production Management
• Plan and monitor daily/weekly/monthly production targets.
• Ensure optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and materials.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues to minimize rejection and wastage.
• Monitor and control raw material usage, ensuring zero loss and proper handling.
• Team Management
• Lead, train, and supervise machine operators and production staff.
• Allocate manpower effectively for smooth production flow.
• Motivate and guide downline workers to achieve set production goals.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and discipline on the shop floor.
• Quality & Process Control
• Ensure that products meet customer quality standards.
• Work with the QA team for in-process checks and defect analysis.
• Continuously optimize moulding processes for better efficiency and reduced rejections.
• Material & Resource Knowledge
• Strong understanding of raw materials (polymers, additives, regrinds, colorants, etc.).
• Plan and ensure availability of raw materials for uninterrupted production.
• Coordinate with the purchase team for material requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
