Digital Account Director

Key Responsibilities

• Client Leadership:

  Serve as the strategic partner for key clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into impactful digital strategies.

• Digital Strategy:

  Lead the development and execution of 360° digital campaigns across social media, performance marketing, content, influencer, and web experiences.

• Team Management:

  Mentor and manage a team of account managers, planners, and coordinators — ensuring high-quality output and professional growth.

• Campaign Oversight:

  Supervise end-to-end campaign execution — from briefing to delivery — ensuring timely, on-brand, and performance-oriented results.

• Data-Driven Insights:

  Collaborate with analytics and media teams to optimize campaigns using metrics like engagement, CTR, ROI, and conversions.

• Business Growth:

  Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities; contribute to new business pitches and strategic proposals.

• Collaboration:

  Partner with creative, strategy, and performance teams to ensure alignment across touchpoints and flawless campaign execution.

• Financial Management:

  Oversee account profitability, budget management, and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience

  in a digital or integrated marketing agency environment.
• Proven experience managing

  large-scale digital campaigns

  for major brands.
• Deep understanding of

  social media, paid media, SEO, SEM, content strategy, and analytics tools.

• Strong leadership, client management, and presentation skills.

• Ability to balance creativity with business performance metrics.

• Up-to-date with emerging digital trends, technologies, and platforms.
