Account Director / Client Servicing Head:

What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)

 Assist in business by making ideation and presentation for events.

 Understanding Brief of the clients to being the face of the clients.

 Managing events / activities end to end with production team

 Servicing clients and maintaining a relationship with them for repeat business

 Identify, innovate and execute business ideas to improve service delivery and

improve client retention ratio of the company

 Coordinating with the internal departments like Business Development team,

Creative team and Operations team pre event, during and post events for best

options & costing

 Being on site during events to ensure smooth flow of the event

 Post event deliverables and reports

 Seek client feedback and work upon the fall-outs

 Retaining clients for next project

Who could you be? Background and Experience:

 Any graduate or MBA.

 Minimum experience in an Event Management company or a similar service related

company.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to deal people, good

negotiating and convincing skills.

 Needs to have an analytical mindset to understand situations and grasp the moment

to close a business deal.

 Good interpersonal skills.
