Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in

  Tally ERP

• Manage and reconcile sales, purchase, and expense entries

• Assist in preparation of monthly ledgers, trial balance, and financial reports

2. GST & TDS Compliance

• Support in preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)
• Handle TDS deductions, challans, and basic tax-related documentation

3. Vendor & Payment Management

• Process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate vendor records
• Coordinate with vendors for reconciliation and documentation

4. Inventory & Logistics Coordination

• Work closely with the

  Bruno Milano operations team

  to maintain accurate inventory records
• Track stock movement across warehouses and online marketplaces
• Reconcile product dispatches, returns, and damages in coordination with the logistics team
• Monitor stock levels and assist in generating replenishment reports

5. E-commerce Accounting Support

• Manage entries related to

  sales, commissions, refunds, and returns

  from online platforms
• Verify settlement reports from Amazon, Noon, Flipkart, and Shopify
• Support MIS team in preparing category and SKU-level performance reports

6. Audit & Documentation

• Assist in statutory and internal audits by providing supporting documents and schedules
• Maintain organized digital and physical accounting records

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:

  2–3 years of work experience in accounting and basic logistics coordination

• Education:

  B.Com / M.Com or equivalent field

• Skills Required:

• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP

• Basic understanding of

  GST, TDS, and compliance filing

• Hands-on experience with

  inventory tracking and reconciliation

• Good command over

  MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reconciliation)

• Familiarity with

  e-commerce accounting

  preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
