Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for invoice processing. Responsible for reimbursement processing. Responsible for deducting TDS for vendors. Responsible for depositing and filing TDS quarterly returns other than salary and issuance TDS certificate quarterly and annually. Responsible for bank reconciliation in Tally ERP. Responsible for accounting entries, maintenance of books of accounts and balance sheet on monthly basis. Knowledge of deducting and depositing statutory dues like PF, ESI and LWF. Knowledge of preparation and filing of GST returns as per requirements GSTR-3B and GSTR-1. Knowledge of MIS on daily weekly or monthly basis, cash flow and P & L etc. Good knowledge of MS Excel. Good knowledge of Tally ERP 9.0. Qualification: 1. Graduation is must. Undergraduate and result awaited do not apply. 2. Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in accounting.
