Reconciliation of bank statements and bank book daily. Monitoring of accounts on a weekly basis. Liaising with foreign counterparts and resolving issues. Maintaining controls by preparing and implementing policies and procedures. Training team members and resolving their queries. Strong planning and time management skills to ensure timely completion of all tasks or responsibilities. Managing team dynamics & collaboration. Working on Saturday, in case to meet deadlines and pending work. Job Specification: Knowledge of Basic and Advance excel. Have good fluency in English. Job Description: Lead end to end recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing & hiring. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop job descriptions. Maintain recruitment metrics and report to ensure efficiency & quality of hires. Negotiate offers, prepare employment letters and manage pre-joining processes. Maintain attendance & employee records properly. Manage payroll functions, , ensuring accurate & timely processing of employee salaries. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies in all payroll & HR processes. Handle all office related compliance payments TDS , MLWF, PTEC, EPF etc. Conduct exit interviews & process Full & Final settlement of separated employees Handle insurance related matters of employees. Drive employee engagement activities & performance management. Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution & disciplinary actions. Manage proper &clear coordination with vendors. Handle all administrative tasks to streamline office operations. Ensure timely TDS return filing & form 16 generation process. Plan and ensure that the deadlines are met. Working on Saturday, in case to meet deadlines and pending work. Job Specification: Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in HR & payroll functions. In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and practices. Strong organizational skills and attention detail.
