About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Academic Lead to oversee the design,

development, and delivery of high-quality educational content. The ideal candidate will

have strong experience in K–12 curriculum development, with specific expertise in STEM

and Robotics-based learning. This position will begin as an individual contributor role,

focusing on developing content and academic frameworks. As the function expands, the role

will mature into a team leadership position, providing the opportunity to lead and mentor a

growing academic team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for academic

excellence and innovation, who can collaborate across teams and ensure that all learning

materials are pedagogically sound, engaging, and aligned with the latest educational

standards.

Key Responsibilities

 Oversee end-to-end content creation — including lesson plans, teaching aids, activities,

assessments, and training modules — across K–12 subjects, with a focus on STEM and

Robotics.

 Ensure content aligns with educational boards, NEP guidelines, and international

curriculums (IB/IGCSE), promoting conceptual understanding and practical learning.

 Review and validate academic materials for accuracy, pedagogy, and engagement value.

 Collaborate with product, design, and technology teams to develop interactive digital

learning experiences and STEM-based modules.

 Drive innovation in content creation through integration of experiential learning, hands-

on projects, and STEM and Robotics kits.

 Conduct periodic quality checks to maintain academic rigor and consistency.

 Stay updated with national and international developments in K–12 education, STEM

pedagogy, and EdTech advancements.

 Work with business and product leaders to ensure that academic strategy supports

organizational goals and learner outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 B.E. / B.Tech preferred (Science or related discipline).

 5–8 years of experience in academic content development or curriculum design,

preferably in K–12, STEM, or Robotics domains.

 Strong understanding of modern teaching-learning methodologies and pedagogical

frameworks.

 Familiarity with hands-on, inquiry-based, and experiential learning approaches.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Strong planning, multitasking, and organizational abilities.

Good to Have

 Experience working with STEM/Robotics kits, coding curriculums, or digital learning

tools.

 Exposure to EdTech platforms or e-learning ecosystems.

 Experience in teacher training, academic consulting, or academic research.
