Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-class and practical training sessions on STEM, Robotics, AI, and IoT. Design and develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, activity guides, worksheets, presentations, and assessments. Customize content for various student age groups (Primary to Senior School). Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to co-create curriculum and training programs. Ensure content aligns with educational standards and promotes skills like critical thinking and problem-solving. Mentor and train other educators in delivering curriculum content. Organize and facilitate STEM events, workshops, and competitions. Stay updated on the latest trends in STEM education, coding platforms (Python, Scratch, C/C++), and robotics kits (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO). Continuously gather feedback and use data-driven insights to improve training and content quality. Required Skills & Qualifications: B.Tech/ M.Sc./B.Ed. in the relevant field. The role requires proficiency in 1. GitHub Actions (or other CI/CD tool), 2. Terraform, and 3. Security & Compliance.
