We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Python, microservices, Kafka, and modern backend technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performing backend systems and APIs.
Key Responsibilities· Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI or Django)
· Design scalable and secure backend architectures to support high-performance applications
· Build reusable and secure microservices for production environments
· Integrate and manage SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB) databases
· Optimize performance for PostgreSQL and Redis
· Work with Kafka or RabbitMQ for event streaming and message queues
· Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps, and frontend teams for smooth delivery
· Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Required Skills· Strong hands-on experience with Python, preferably with FastAPI or Django
· Working knowledge of Microservices Architecture
· Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ
· Database skills: PostgreSQL, Redis
· Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based deployments
· Good understanding of RESTful APIs, CI/CD, Git
· Experience with AWS or Azure (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)
· Basic knowledge of DevOps practices is a plus
