• Overview: We are looking for a dynamic professional who can take on a hybrid role as an Academic Trainer and Curriculum Developer in our STEM, Robotics, AI, and IoT education vertical. The ideal candidate should be equally passionate about hands-on training delivery and curriculum design, with a strong background in engineering and educational innovation.
• Skills and Attributes:
• Ability to develop engaging and educationally rich content that aligns with STEM, robotics, AI, and IoT programs.
• Capable of conducting hands-on classroom training sessions that make technical concepts easy and engaging.
• Strong instructional design skills with a deep understanding of educational standards and pedagogical frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and educators.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for education and technology.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry experience in edtech, STEM, or robotics training is preferred.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-class and practical training sessions on STEM, Robotics, AI, and IoT.
• Design and develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, activity guides, worksheets, presentations, and assessments.
• Customize content for various student age groups (Primary to Senior School).
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to co-create curriculum and training programs.
• Ensure content aligns with educational standards and promotes skills like critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Mentor and train other educators in delivering curriculum content.
• Organize and facilitate STEM events, workshops, and competitions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in STEM education, coding platforms (Python, Scratch, C/C++), and robotics kits (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO).
• Continuously gather feedback and use data-driven insights to improve training and content quality.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• B.Tech/ M.Sc./B.Ed. in the relevant field.
• Candidates with STEM and Robotics training experience are encouraged to apply.
• 3-5 years of experience in a combined training and curriculum development role.
• Proficiency in coding languages and robotics platforms.
• Experience with EdTech platforms and blended learning models preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and instructional skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
