Academic Lead

As a Sr. Manager- Academic Lead at our EdTech department in Gurugram, Haryana, you will be responsible for the following key roles and responsibilities: - Manage the content creation team effectively. - Create both co-scholastic and scholastic content for teachers, including storyboards and presentations. - Identify and document all content gaps and develop a comprehensive content creation plan. - Collaborate with vendors to drive content development and ensure timely delivery. - Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure that content is produced within the planned timelines. - Introduce new processes to streamline and expedite the content creation process. - Develop a quality framework to maintain high standards of content. - Innovate and generate new ideas for presenting content to enhance teacher engagement on the platform. - Establish a teacher club and collaborate with teachers to drive content creation. - Conduct market research to finalize content for development. - Engage with consultants and vendors to facilitate effective content creation. - Demonstrate expertise in content digitization. Your qualifications for this role include a Masters degree along with a B.Ed qualification, with over 10 years of relevant experience. You should have prior experience in teacher training, content creation/teacher training for more than 3 years, and experience as a teacher in Elementary Grade 6-8. Additionally, you should possess over 7 years of experience in subjects like English, Math, and Science, making you a subject matter expert in Mathematics, Science, and English with experience in the e-learning domain.
