About Job Role -
Jon Title: Senior Investment Counsellor.
Job Location: Noida Sector 62 (On-site role)
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday with First Saturday Off)
TYPE: Full Time
Compensation: INR 30,000 – 45,000* per month + Performance based incentives EXPERIENCE: 2 to 5 years of experience in stock market sales or related financial services. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Graduate / Post Graduate (Commerce, Finance, or Business preferred). Certifications: NISM or related market certifications preferred but not mandatory. Role Overview As a Senior Investment Counselor, you will be responsible for converting leads into active clients through effective communication, need analysis, and presentation of Fynocrat’s research-backed stock market products. You will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s sales targets while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and client satisfaction.
Key Expectations-
● Must achieve a monthly sales target equivalent to 3× - 4× of the fixed salary.
● Consistent achievement of 70% of monthly targets is mandatory to earn the fixed component.
● Demonstrate high professionalism, persistence, and performance-driven work ethics.
● Ensure quality client interactions focused on transparency and trust. Key Responsibilities
● Engage with leads provided by the company and convert them into active clients through consultative discussions.
● Understand clients investment goals, risk appetite, and financial preferences to recommend suitable Fynocrat research products.
● Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
● Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
● Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure continuous engagement.
● Maintain accurate client data and update CRM records regularly.
● Coordinate with the Research and Customer Service teams for smooth client onboarding and post-sale support.
● Stay updated with market trends, equity research insights, and product developments to effectively communicate Fynocrat’s value proposition.
● Adhere strictly to SEBI regulations and Fynocrat’s internal compliance policies during every client interaction. Key Ski ls & Competencies
● Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi.
● Strong understanding of stock market concepts and equity products.
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets in financial or research-oriented roles.
● Result-driven, disciplined, and self-motivated professional.
● Ability to handle objections and convert high-value leads into successful sales.
● Strong relationship management and client-handling abilities.
