Academic Counselor

Job Summary

We are looking for a Female Academic Counselor to guide students and parents about MBBS Abroad options. The counselor will provide academic guidance, assist with university selection, handle admissions documentation, and support students through the entire application and visa process.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on MBBS overseas programs based on eligibility and career goals.
• Provide accurate details on universities, fees, living costs, and NMC/WHO recognition.
• Manage the complete admission lifecycle – university shortlisting, application, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Assist students with NEET-related guidance and other requirement clarifications.
• Coordinate with international universities and admission partners for smooth processing.
• Support students with visa applications, interview prep, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain proper student records and update progress regularly.
• Stay informed about NMC regulations and foreign medical education guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Preferred: Counseling / Education background).
• Experience in counseling / study abroad advisory is a plus.
• Freshers with excellent communication are welcome.

Skills Required

• Strong English communication (verbal & written).
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
