Role: Sales Counsellor - EdTech

Location: Sector 62, Noida

Experience Level: 1-4 years (including 6 months - 1 year experience in EdTech Sales)

Salary Range: preferably 3 LPA - 6 LPA (depending on experience level)

About the Role-

Key Responsibilities-
· Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls and follow-ups.· Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses.· Conduct meaningful conversations to showcase the value of our programs.· Address queries, handle objections, and successfully close enrolments.· Build and maintain long-term learner relationships.· Maintain accurate sales records and share insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements
· Minimum 1-4 years of experience including 6 months - 1 year in EdTech sales experience (with at least 1 year in the same company).· Graduate degree mandatory.· Willingness to work 6 days a week.· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.· Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.· Target-driven, self-motivated, and a strong team player.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
