Inside Sales Executives / Academic Counselors

Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential learners via

  calls, WhatsApp, and emails

• Counsel and guide students on the

  right learning program

  based on their goals.
• Convert qualified leads into

  successful enrollments

  .
• Maintain and update lead status, follow-ups, and conversions using

  CRM tools

  .
• Collaborate with the marketing team for

  lead nurturing and feedback

  .
• Achieve and exceed

  monthly revenue and enrollment targets

  .
• Stay updated with

  market trends and competitor offerings

  in the EdTech space.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education:

  Bachelors Degree (any stream); MBA preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience:

  0 - 3 years in

  Inside Sales / Tele Sales / Business Development / Academic Counselling / Admission Counselling

  .

• Skills:

  Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.

• Tools:

  CRM & MS Office knowledge preferred.

• Personality:

  Energetic, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident with performance-driven roles.
