Academic Counsellor

The School of Marketing by Yuvau Digital is a training division dedicated to empowering students, entrepreneurs, and working professionals with practical digital marketing skills. With over 100+ clients, industry-based training experience, and real-life project-based learning, we aim to create India’s next generation of digital leaders.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and student-friendly Academic Counsellor who can guide students professionally, understand their career goals, and help them choose the right digital marketing program. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, admissions, and student relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Counselling students & parents via call, WhatsApp, email, or in person for course admissions.
• Understanding students’ career goals and recommending suitable courses/programs.
• Follow-up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, webinars, workshops, and inquiries.
• Maintaining records of inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups on CRM/Excel.
• Assisting students during registration, fee payment, and onboarding process.
• Coordinating with the training & marketing team for demo classes, batches, and updates.
• Achieving monthly admission/enrollment targets.
• Providing regular reports on lead status and conversions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

✔ Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing/Education background preferred).
✔ 0–2 years of experience in counselling, sales, or education industry (Freshers can apply).✔ Strong communication skills (Hindi & English).✔ Good convincing and relationship-building ability.✔ Knowledge of digital marketing or willingness to learn.✔ Basic computer skills – Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on performance & experience)

Working Days & Timings

• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
