BDE (Business Development Executive)

With clients across industries and a performance-driven culture, we’re looking to expand our reach by onboarding a skilled business development executive who can bring in high-ticket projects and quality leads.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other digital platforms
• Create and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns (manual or with tools like Sales Navigator, Waalaxy, Lemlist, etc.)
• Generate qualified leads and book meetings for the sales team or self-close
• Present and pitch agency services (e.g., digital marketing, website design, ad campaigns) confidently to decision-makers
• Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups, proposals, and negotiations
• Maintain records and track progress using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Notion)
• Meet or exceed monthly targets in terms of lead generation and sales closures
• Keep up with trends in digital marketing and sales techniques

Key Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or agency client acquisition
• Strong English communication (written + verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation and cold outreach
• Ability to understand client requirements and align them with agency offerings
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and performance-oriented
• Familiarity with digital marketing services is a must (basic-level understanding is acceptable)

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Experience with LinkedIn automation tools
• Understanding of cold email platforms (e.g., Instantly, Mailrush)
• Experience with freelance platforms like Upwork or Fiverr
• Has closed high-ticket projects (₹50,000–₹5,00,000+)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
