1. Lead Generation & Conversion
● Engage and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and qualify them for potential business opportunities.
● Conduct effective product/service presentations, demonstrations, and walkthroughs.
● Convert footfall into leads and support lead nurturing till closure (in coordination with sales or channel partners).
2. Client Relationship Management
● Build strong rapport with visitors and maintain relationships through regular follow-up and CRM engagement.
● Maintain updated customer interaction records, requirements, and feedback using CRM tools.
● Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring customers receive the expected premium experience.
3. Sales Support & Coordination
● Coordinate with the Sales/CRM/Channel teams to ensure proper lead handover and timely closure.
● Share customer insights with management for product enhancement, experience improvement, and marketing relevance.
● Support sales documentation, proposal sharing, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
4. Customer Experience & Brand Representation
● Offer personalized assistance, need-based recommendation, and detailed product/service consultation.
● Ensure compliance with brand messaging, tone, grooming, and customer interaction guidelines.
● Participate in floor walks, experience mapping, and event activations inside the center.
5. Reporting & Analytics
● Maintain daily/weekly reports on footfall, lead generation, conversion ratio, and follow-up status.
● Use CRM dashboards and lead trackers prescribed by mandate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
