Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about courses, admission procedures, and career options.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into admissions.
Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure enrolment targets are met.
Understand student needs and suggest suitable academic programs.
Maintain accurate student records and generate regular reports.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in any field (Education or Counselling background preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
Prior experience in the education sector or counselling will be an added advantage.
