Fluent in English and Hindi (both are mandatory) Strong interpersonal and convincing skills. Comfortable with 6 days working structure. Target-driven mindset with eagerness to grow. Roles & Responsibilities: Counsel students on Manipal University’s programs and help them choose the right fit. Manage leads through CRM, follow up, and drive conversions. Maintain high productivity, meet daily KPIs, and close sales. Handle inbound/outbound calls and provide course details effectively.
