Responsibilities & Duties:

Counsel and guide students regarding the Hospital Administration course.
Understand learners career goals and recommend suitable solutions.
Clearly explain course features, structure, and career outcomes.
Convert leads into enrollments through effective follow-ups.
Meet monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Maintain records of counselling sessions and admissions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduates from any stream.
15 years of proven experience
in Academic Counselling / EdTech / Course Selling.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory),
with basic proficiency in English.
Kerala-based candidates preferred.
Only candidates with prior
EdTech/course sales experience
will be considered.
