Job Description

Key Responsibilities:- Connect with prospective students and working professionals via calls, emails, and other channels to understand their academic and career needs. Provide accurate and comprehensive information on full-time and distance learning programs offered. Counsel and guide individuals based on their educational background, career aspirations, and professional goals. Proactively follow up with leads provided by the company and convert them into successful admissions. Build strong and trust-based relationships with prospective students, supporting them throughout the enrollment process. Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend the most suitable academic programs. Achieve revenue and admission targets by effectively converting leads. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, education advancements, and emerging career opportunities. Accurately maintain student data, leads, and admissions records in the CRM system.
