About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and confident Academic Counsellor to join our team at the NSP, Pitampura centre. The role involves interacting with students and professionals, understanding their learning goals, and helping them select suitable courses. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early professionals who are passionate about guiding learners and building a career in education counselling.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with potential students through calls, emails, and walk-ins to understand their learning needs.
• Provide accurate information about IIM SKILLS courses, career paths, and program benefits.
• Guide students through the admission and enrolment process.
• Maintain student records, track leads, and follow up for conversions.
• Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
• Support in organizing orientation sessions, webinars, and other student engagement activities.
• Coordinate with the delivery and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in counselling, sales, or customer service (freshers welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace).
• Positive attitude, confidence, and a student-centric approach.
