Position Summary: We are looking for a skilled A2P SMS Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing customer relationships, ensuring service excellence, and driving business growth through strategic account management. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Revenue Expansion: Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance revenue streams from current accounts. Onboarding & Integration: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, including technical setup and platform integration. Traffic Analysis: Monitor SMS traffic patterns, identify potential delivery issues, and work towards maintaining optimal delivery rates. Technical Coordination: Collaborate closely with the technical team to resolve service issues and enhance routing efficiency. Performance Reporting: Generate and share regular reports on SMS campaign results, usage trends, and delivery metrics. Industry Insights: Conduct market research to stay abreast of the latest trends, regulatory updates, and competitive offerings in the A2P messaging space. Contract & Renewal Management: Handle client contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring beneficial terms for both parties. Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Prior experience in A2P SMS or telecom account management is required. Familiarity with SMS technologies, including APIs, SMPP, and HTTP protocols. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
