Affiliate Manager

Location: Noida Sec 136 Experience Required: 2–3 Years CTC: As per industry standards Department: Performance Marketing / Affiliate Delivery Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end affiliate campaign delivery for iGaming and Casino verticals across both international and Indian markets. • Handle a campaign portfolio valued between ₹30–50 lakhs monthly, ensuring timely and quality traffic delivery. • Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, FTDs (FirstTime Deposits), and revenue share. • Coordinate closely with affiliate partners, internal teams, and account managers to ensure campaign goals are met. • Identify high-performing sources, scale traffic, and eliminate underperforming partners to improve ROI. • Ensure all traffic complies with GEO targeting, KYC requirements, responsible gaming, and other regulatory guidelines. • Manage communication with publishers on tracking, creatives, caps, validation windows, and payments. • Troubleshoot campaign issues proactively, including discrepancies, drops, or traffic quality concerns. • Generate and share daily/weekly delivery reports, insights, and optimization suggestions. • Support onboarding and training of new affiliates, especially those in the iGaming niche. • Stay up to date with trends, regulations, and traffic quality standards in the iGaming/Casino industry. Required Skills: • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in affiliate delivery, preferably with iGaming or Casino campaigns. • Strong understanding of performance models including CPL, CPA, CPS, RevShare, and FTD-based campaigns. • Experience managing campaigns across GEOs including India, Southeast Asia, Europe, LATAM, and Africa. • Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools like Trackier, Affise, HasOffers, etc. • Strong analytical and optimization skills with a performance-driven mindset. • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools Show more Show less
