Job Description

Job Title: Delivery Manager – iGaming & Casino Campaigns Location: Noida Experience Required: 2–3 Years Department: Affiliate & Programmatic Delivery / Media Buying Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full-cycle delivery of iGaming and Casino campaigns (CPL, CPA, FTD, and Rev Share) across international and domestic markets. • Execute and optimize campaigns via banner ads, DSPs/programmatic platforms, and native app traffic. • Handle campaign volumes of ₹20–30 lakhs monthly, ensuring performance KPIs are consistently met. • Collaborate with internal media buying teams, affiliate partners, and ad networks for high-converting traffic. • Monitor campaign performance using real-time dashboards and analytics tools to track installs, FTDs, and user retention. • Troubleshoot delivery issues such as low CTRs, high bounce rates, or invalid traffic; apply corrective actions quickly. • Ensure compliance with targeting requirements, GEO rules, content policies, and iGaming regulations. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and optimizations. • Coordinate with creative teams to test new banners and native formats for better engagement. • Maintain strong relationships with DSP reps, publishers, and ad tech partners to secure premium inventory. • Explore and onboard new programmatic platforms and native app networks for campaign scalability. • Stay current with trends in iGaming, DSP technology, and user acquisition best practices! Required Skills: • 2–3 years of experience in delivery or campaign management within iGaming/Casino verticals. • Proven experience in running campaigns via DSPs (like DV360, BidSwitch, MediaMath), banner networks, and native platforms. • Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs – CPL, CPA, FTD, ROI, retention, etc. • Familiarity with tools like Trackier, Affise, Voluum, or similar MMPs and attribution platforms. • Working knowledge of ad operations, traffic segmentation, and user funnel optimization. • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/reporting skills and ability to draw insights from large datasets. • Excellent coordination, negotiation, and campaign troubleshooting skills. • Knowledge of compliance standards and GEO-specific restrictions in the online betting/gaming industry. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent campaigns.
