Your main responsibilities will involve the following:
1. Client Management Support
You will be responsible for supporting the management of key clients in our portfolio. Main tasks include:
● Client Service and Communication:
o Support the client relationships to help support our reputation as industry experts for the region.
o Update reporting and analysis on a weekly basis so that trends/issues can be identified early and followed up on. Update campaign performance KPIs and use the data to test and monitor performance of these campaigns.
o Support the Partnerships Manager via regular calls to update on KPIs and publisher opportunities amongst other topics.
o Deal with any client issues in a timely and professional manner, with support (if needed) from the leadership team.
● Account Strategy
o Support in providing clients with clear strategic plans that outline how their program objectives can be exceeded.
o Recruit, Activate and Optimise publishers in the program through a varied and creative planning approach.
o Keep up to date with new publisher types and assess which are relevant for the clients in your portfolio.
o Segment and prioritise publishers and the opportunities they present.
● Account Maintenance
o Maintain documentation of client performance and activities in our internal systems.
o Ensure publisher approvals are reviewed on a regular basis.
o Keep on top of client invoices to ensure they are paid in a timely manner.
o Maintain and update publisher tools such as campaign banners etc.
o Communicate regular updates to the publishers such as new offers/campaigns/program policies etc.
o Ensure publisher compliance with publisher activity is monitored as to prevent fraudulent/invalid activity.
2. Publisher Development
Part of your role will be to help with the development of our publisher partnerships. You will be assigned various projects related to this such as:
● Identifying and reaching out to top publishers per key country.
● Building relationships with top publishers to help increase access to opportunities for our clients.
● Manage the campaign / promotional placements for our clients.
● Reporting performance metrics to assess the success of these optimisations.
3. Other Duties as required
As we are a fast growing start up business we all work closely as a team which means we all contribute to various tasks that may come up.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are examples of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
● 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience (prior client service experience preferred).
● Experience working on programs on main platforms like Impact, Partnerize and CJ a plus
● Marketing bachelor’s degree or similar preferred.
● Competent level in both Microsoft Office and Google Docs programs.
● Good negotiation skills.
● A self-motivated individual with excellent time management and planning skills.
● Able to think independently and not afraid to ask questions.
● Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
● A real team player that is willing to jump in and support others when needed.
● Good interpersonal skills.
● A genuine interest in digital marketing, especially affiliate marketing.
● Fluent English and Hindi. Bengali, Telugu, Punjabi or similar an advantage.
