Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Zuora CPQ Consultant to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of our Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes using Zuora CPQ.
• The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in subscription management, product catalog setup, quote configuration, and integration with Zuora and Salesforce.
• You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Engineering to drive business transformation through scalable CPQ solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and configuration of Zuora CPQ for subscription and usage-based business models.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to translate into technical solutions using Zuora CPQ and related platforms.
• Implement and maintain product catalog, rate plans, charges, and discounting logic.
• Build and optimize quoting flows for new sales, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline Quote-to-Cash workflows across Salesforce and Zuora.
• Support Salesforce-Zuora CPQ integration, ensuring accurate sync of quotes and account data.
• Assist with data migration, sandbox setup, and deployment planning.
• Develop and execute UAT test plans and conduct user training sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to quoting, pricing, and product configuration.
• Stay current with Zuora CPQ feature releases and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora CPQ and Zuora Billing.
• Strong understanding of subscription lifecycle management, usage-based pricing, and recurring billing models.
• Experience configuring product catalogs, rate plans, quote templates, and billing logic.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM and how it integrates with Zuora.
• Experience in delivering end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) projects.
• Familiarity with Zuora Workflow, Amendments/Renewals API, and REST APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Zuora certifications: Zuora Administrator or Zuora CPQ Specialist.
• Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Jenkins) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of ASC 606, revenue recognition, and finance processes.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or telecom industries.
