Industry Requirement:
• Mandatory: Entire career in the automobile industry (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler only).
• Candidates with any experience outside the automobile sector will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of 10–15 Area Sales Managers across the assigned zone.
• Drive sales performance, dealer development, and market expansion.
• Achieve zonal sales targets and enhance market share.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans in line with company objectives.
• Conduct regular team reviews, training programs, and market visits.
Experience & Skills Required:
• 10–15 years of progressive sales experience in the automobile industry.
• Proven track record in zonal/regional leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Open to extensive travel within the assigned zone.
