Key Responsibilities

• Own the

  entire recruitment lifecycle

  – from sourcing to onboarding.
• Work as an

  individual contributor

  , personally driving sourcing, screening, and closures.
• Create and maintain

  hiring dashboards, trackers, and reports

  using Excel for regular leadership updates.
• Build and execute a sourcing strategy using job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and coordination.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast and meet workforce needs.
• Represent Oben Electric during

  campus hiring drives

  and job fairs.

Requirements

• MBA in HR or related field (Mandatory)
• Minimum

  5+ years of experience

  in recruitment, preferably in the

  automobile, manufacturing, or EV

  industry
• Must have excellent

  sourcing skills

  and be comfortable with direct outreach
• Proven experience in

  individual hiring ownership

• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  (formulas, dashboards, pivot tables) and reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Should be flexible to

  work beyond standard hours

  as needed
• Highly driven, target-focused, and organized
