We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Zonal Head Maharashtra Region to lead our regional operations, ensure excellence across partner schools, and drive strong post-sales engagement and retention outcomes.
The Zonal Head will be responsible for overseeing and driving Training, Retention, and Post-Sales functions across the Maharashtra region. This role demands a leader who can think strategically, manage teams effectively, and build strong relationships with partner schools while ensuring seamless execution at the ground level.
You will serve as the bridge between the central operations, business, and field teams, ensuring that our mission of improving learning outcomes in every classroom is consistently achieved.
Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse regional team handling training, school retention, and post-sales engagement.
Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance excellence across the zone.
Ensure smooth coordination between field teams, central operations, and cross-functional departments.
Strengthen long-term relationships with Kreedo partner schools and stakeholders.
Conduct regular reviews and school visits to ensure smooth implementation and satisfaction.
Identify partner needs and proactively address challenges to enhance retention and renewals.
Drive adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all training and post-sales activities.
Monitor key metrics (renewal rates, training quality, school satisfaction scores, etc.) and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure timely delivery of materials, training sessions, and support services to partner schools.
Develop and execute the zonal strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
Analyze zone-level performance trends and design region-specific interventions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Training, Product, Marketing) for smooth operations and growth initiatives.
Present periodic performance reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Track competitor activities and market insights to refine regional strategies.
Experience: Minimum 10–14 years of experience, preferably in the Education, EdTech, or Franchise Operations domain.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Execution: Strong operational, analytical, and strategic execution skills.
Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across the Maharashtra region.
