Job Summary:
*As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and implementing effective sales strategies for Kreedo's offerings in the assigned Bangalore region. You will work closely with the sales team to meet targets, foster relationships with educational institutions, and promote the company's products. Your role will directly contribute to increasing revenue and achieving business objectives.*

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Kreedo's products and services within the assigned Chennai region.
*Drive sales growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.*
*Manage and mentor a team of sales executives to ensure they meet individual and team sales objectives.*
*Identify new sales opportunities through market research, prospecting, and building relationships with key decision-makers in schools and educational institutions.*
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.*
*Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management on progress towards goals.*
*Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to assess team performance and provide necessary coaching or support.*
*Organize and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and events to increase product visibility and drive sales.*
*Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with ongoing promotional activities.*
*Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to ensure Kreedo remains competitive in the market.*
*Resolve any client-related issues or concerns, ensuring a positive experience and long-term partnership.*

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Experience: 3+ year of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the ed-tech or services sector. Freshers with a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.

Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales processes, from prospecting to closing deals.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and internal coordination.

Goal-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue.

Team Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate a team, ensuring sales targets are met.

Problem Solving: Proactive approach to handling challenges and resolving client concerns.
