Job Responsibilities

• Zoho CRM Development

  : Customize and enhance Zoho CRM modules to streamline business processes.

• Zoho Creator

  : Develop custom applications and modules on Zoho Creator.

• Automations & Workflows

  : Create workflows, blueprints, and automate business processes to improve efficiency.

• Integration

  : Integrate third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP, and Webhooks.

• Zoho Desk

  : Configure and manage Zoho Desk to streamline customer support processes.

• Zoho Analytics

  : Leverage Zoho Analytics to create insightful reports and dashboards.

• Collaborative Development

  : Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize technical solutions.

Skills Required

• Zoho CRM / Zoho Creator Development

  : Proficient in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Desk.

• Programming

  : Strong experience with Deluge scripting, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• API Integrations

  : Experience with integrating Zoho with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

• Databases

  : Experience with SQL, MySQL, and Oracle databases.

• Problem-Solving

  : Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Team Collaboration

  : Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Education

  : B.Tech (any specialization), MCA, or any graduate with a related degree.

• Experience

  : 1+ year of hands-on experience with Zoho products.

• Additional Skills

  : Familiarity with MVC frameworks (Python/Java) is a plus.
