Job Responsibilities : Zoho CRM Development : Customize and enhance Zoho CRM modules to streamline business processes. Zoho Creator : Develop custom applications and modules on Zoho Creator. Automations & Workflows : Create workflows, blueprints, and automate business processes to improve efficiency. Integration : Integrate third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP, and Webhooks. Zoho Desk : Configure and manage Zoho Desk to streamline customer support processes. Zoho Analytics : Leverage Zoho Analytics to create insightful reports and dashboards. Collaborative Development : Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize technical solutions. Skills Required : Zoho CRM / Zoho Creator Development : Proficient in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Desk. Programming : Strong experience with Deluge scripting, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. API Integrations : Experience with integrating Zoho with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Databases : Experience with SQL, MySQL, and Oracle databases. Problem-Solving : Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Team Collaboration : Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Qualifications : Education : B.Tech (any specialization), MCA, or any graduate with a related degree. Experience : 1+ year of hands-on experience with Zoho products. Additional Skills : Familiarity with MVC frameworks (Python/Java) is a plus. Ideal Candidate : Has at least 1 year of experience working with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho products.
