Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, customize, and administer Zoho One Suite (CRM, Books, Creator, Analytics, Desk, Flow, Marketing apps, etc.).
Develop custom features, widgets, and integrations using
Deluge scripting, APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS, PHP, and SQL
.
Troubleshoot issues, manage user support, and maintain documentation.
Build dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics.
Collaborate with teams to deliver end-to-end Zoho solutions.

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho products.
Expertise in Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Flow, Desk, Analytics, and Marketing apps.
Zoho CRM/Creator Certification preferred.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
Qualification: MCA / B.Tech / B.Sc (IT/CS) or equivalent
