Role & responsibilities:-

• Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho applications including

  Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Analytics.

• Write and manage

  scripts and codes

  for automation, integrations, and workflow optimization.
• Design and build

  custom modules, forms, dashboards, and reports.

• Create

  complex and dynamic reports

  for business insights and decision-making.
• Implement automation for data processing, reporting, and email notifications.
• Work on

  Advanced Excel and Google Sheets

  for data analysis and report generation.
• Develop and manage

  Google Sheets App Scripts

  for automation and advanced reporting.
• Handle

  database queries

  and data manipulation using SQL.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, system stability, and process efficiency.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise:-

• 36 years of hands-on experience

  with Zoho applications:
• Zoho Books
• Zoho Creator
• Zoho Analytics
• Strong expertise in:

• Deluge scripting

• Python programming

• SQL queries and database handling

• Advanced knowledge of:

• MS Excel

  (advanced formulas, automation)

• Google Sheets

  and

  Google App Script

• Experience in:
• Workflow automation
• Custom report creation
• Data integration and API usage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:-

• Experience in ERP, CRM, or finance-related automation
• Exposure to publishing, e-commerce, or sales-driven organizations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
