Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role. The Zoho Consultant will be responsible to:

1. understand requirements of customers and provide demo of applications;
2. prepare client requirement document and share with the commercials team;
3. support in ERP set-up and configuration activities;
4. coordinate with development team as needed to complete ERP implementation activities;
5. provide user training to clients and support go-live;
6. support troubleshooting of post go-live issues and resolve tickets in a timely manner.

Qualifications / Skills

• ERP Implementation life-cycle understanding
• Inclination and Ability to learn ERP tools quickly
• Experience in Zoho tools
• Client communication experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
• 2 years of experience in ERP implementation or related field

• Salary Range - INR 3 Lacs to INR 4.2 Lacs
