We work with transit agencies, housing authorities, state lotteries, and public health departments on large-scale website and digital transformation projects. We are building a new CRM Practice to complement our websites business, with a focus on Salesforce, Dynamics, and Zoho platforms. Role Overview We are seeking a Zoho Architect / Principal Consultant to lead our Zoho practice. This role combines hands-on delivery, solution design, and mentoring with the opportunity to work directly with U.S. clients. You will help build repeatable government workflow solutions (e.g., Lost & Found, FOIA requests, Housing applications) in Zoho CRM and Creator, and set the foundation for a scalable $3M CRM business line. Key Responsibilities Solution Design : Architect end-to-end Zoho solutions across CRM, Creator, Desk, Analytics, and Flow. Configuration & Development : Hands-on build of modules, workflows, Deluge scripts, APIs, and integrations with external systems (websites, payments, ERPs). Prototyping & IP Development : Work with CEO and U.S. practice leads to create reusable Gov Templates (Lost & Found, Case Management, Complaint Tracking). Client Engagement : Join daily standups and workshops with U.S. clients; translate business processes into scalable CRM solutions. Knowledge Transfer : Mentor India-based junior admins and developers to build internal Zoho capability. Delivery Oversight : Ensure compliance with accessibility, audit, and reporting needs specific to government clients. Qualifications 5+ years hands-on experience in Zoho CRM, Creator, Flow, Desk, and Analytics . Strong expertise in Deluge scripting and Zoho API integrations. Proven track record delivering enterprise or government projects on Zoho. Ability to translate business workflows into technical designs. Strong communication skills to interface with U.S. stakeholders daily. Experience mentoring small teams. (Preferred) Prior work with public sector or NGO clients.
