As a qualified candidate for the position, you should have a B.Com / M.Com / MBA degree along with a minimum of 1 year of software functional experience. Your role will involve the following responsibilities and qualifications: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for understanding client requirements and mapping them with Zoho applications. Your role will also include assisting in the implementation, configuration, and customization of Zoho products such as CRM, Books, People, Projects, etc. Additionally, you will coordinate with clients to gather business requirements, conduct product demonstrations, provide user training sessions, offer post-implementation support, and collaborate with the technical team for workflow automation and integration needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand client requirements and map them with Zoho applications. - Assist in the implementation, configuration, and customization of Zoho products (CRM, Books, People, Projects, etc.). - Coordinate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Conduct product demonstrations and user training sessions. - Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues. - Collaborate with the technical team for workflow automation and integration needs. **Qualification Required:** - B.Com / M.Com / MBA degree. - Minimum 1 year of software functional experience. - Good communication and client-handling skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. - Knowledge of software implementation processes. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Prior exposure to Zoho applications is an added advantage.
