Zoho Consultant

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA

Experience: Minimum 1 year of software functional experience

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of software implementation processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior exposure to Zoho applications is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and map them with Zoho applications.
• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and customization of Zoho products (CRM, Books, People, Projects, etc.).
• Coordinate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and user training sessions.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with the technical team for workflow automation and integration needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
