Job Description

Job Description – Sales Manager

Location: Nelson Manickam Road, Choolaimedu, Chennai.

Experience: Min 5+ years in software/IT product sales

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Present, promote, and sell software products to existing and prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance sales outcomes.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Mentor and lead a team of sales executives (if applicable).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Proven experience in software/IT product sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable software solutions.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is an added advantage.

Salary ; 50k to 75k per month
