Senior VP Design & Employee Experience
We’re now looking for a Workplace Admin & Experience Leader to ensure our offices are not just functional but also inspiring spaces that reflect our values and help our teams do their best work. This role combines workplace administration, facility management, travel operations and employee experience. You will be responsible for creating a seamless, safe, efficient, and delightful workplace for Qure.ai employees, partners, and visitors.
Qure.ai has offices and warehouses in Mumbai, Bangalore & UK with potential centers coming up in US, Dubai, Rwanda or Kenya in the future. Due to our vast global footprint and employees across 16+ countries, our workplace experience is a combination of local, global & digital.

At Qure, the Workplace Management Team sits within the Design team to align it better with business and ensure constant innovation.
- Oversee daily office administration across Qure.ai’s locations
- Ensure smooth functioning of facilities, IT infrastructure coordination,
housekeeping, cafeteria, inventory management, travel, transport, and security services.
- Build, own & manage vendor and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements at all office sites.
- Curate and execute programs that build Qure.ai’s workplace culture—events, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and community engagement.
-Act as the point of contact for employees on all workplace-related needs.
- Partner with People & Culture team to enhance onboarding and create memorable employee touchpoints.
- Ensure the office design, layout, and amenities reflect Qure.ai’s brand, culture, and evolving hybrid working practices.
- Build scalable workplace processes and playbooks as Qure.ai expands globally.
- Drive sustainability initiatives (eco-friendly practices, digitization of processes, energy savings, etc.).
- Partner with leadership to enhance return-to-office engagement through creative initiatives.
- Manage budget for workplace operations and experiences, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
-Experience: 7–12 years of experience in workplace administration, corporate services, hospitality, or employee experience roles at reputable organizations.

companies.
