About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workfront or Workfront Fusion Developer / Senior Consultant with 5+ years of experience to support the design, development, implementation, and optimization of Workfront Fusion and Workfront Core solutions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-driven professional with strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of business processes, and proven experience in delivering scalable work management and integration solutions.

This role involves working directly with customers to analyze requirements, build automated workflows, configure system integrations, optimize Workfront environments, and ensure successful adoption of Workfront solutions. A consultative mindset and strong communication skills are essential to guide clients, maximize solution value, and foster long-term satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation

• Assess client requirements and business processes to design scalable Workfront and Workfront Fusion solutions.
• Implement and configure Workfront Fusion integrations across multiple systems and applications.
• Build automated workflows, custom scenarios, data transformations, and API-based integrations.

Client Engagement & Consulting

• Lead requirements workshops, solution reviews, and functional design sessions.
• Provide best-practice recommendations to improve work management processes and workflow efficiency.
• Guide clients through adoption strategies to maximize platform value and user engagement.

Technical Execution

• Develop, test, deploy, and optimize end-to-end integration scenarios using Workfront Fusion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and configuration challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—IT, PMO, operations, and business stakeholders.

Documentation & Training

• Produce detailed technical documentation, solution architecture diagrams, and user guides.
• Deliver training and enablement sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Support post-implementation activities, enhancement cycles, and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience with Workfront, Workfront Fusion, or comparable workflow/integration platforms.

• Strong understanding of API integrations, REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and automation workflows.
• Proven experience configuring Workfront objects (projects, portfolios, custom forms, reports, templates, queues, etc.).
• Expertise in Fusion scenario development, including modules, data mapping, routers, error handling, and scenario optimization.
• Ability to evaluate and translate business processes into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Adobe Workfront or Workfront Fusion certifications (or willingness to obtain—6-week training/certification period included).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Background in enterprise workflow automation, project management, or business process optimization.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms integrated with Workfront (e.g., Jira, Salesforce, MS Teams, Slack, Adobe products, etc.).
