Job Description

• Provide accurate data analysis on demand trends and workforce requirements to support business decisions.

• Balance staffing levels with operational workload (daily, weekly, monthly, annual).

• Collect and analyze operational data to forecast manpower and resource requirements.

• Coordinate with HR for staff recruitment and with vendors for third-party resources as needed.

• Optimize work schedules, ensuring fair distribution of shifts, compliance with labor laws, and fatigue risk

management.

• Reassign staff as required to meet critical operational needs, and identify roles that may require redesign or

reskilling.

• Prepare staffing plans and budget proposals based on forecasted demand and cost analysis.

• Maintain accurate rosters to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) with airline customers are met.

• Ensure trained and qualified staff are scheduled to meet operational, safety, and quality standards.

• Monitor resource utilization to minimize idle time, control costs, and remain within budgetary limits.

• Continuously review and improve scheduling and workforce planning processes.


Qualification

• Education – Bachelor of Engineering

• Experience – Experience in Operational Experience for minimum of 1 year
