Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Workday Security

Configure and maintain security roles, domain security policies, and business process security policies.
Manage user access requests, role assignments, and perform regular security audits.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and compliance teams to ensure security governance and compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues within Workday.
Support Workday releases and updates, validating security impacts and implementing necessary changes.

Workday Reporting & Dashboards

Design, develop, and maintain Workday custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and calculated fields.
Build and enhance Workday dashboards for HR, Finance, and leadership teams to provide actionable insights.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into Workday solutions.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports and dashboards.
Optimize existing reports and dashboards for performance and usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in Workday security administration and reporting.
Strong understanding of Workday security framework and reporting tools.
Hands-on experience with Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, etc.).
Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, calculated fields, and dashboard configuration.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Workday Security and Reporting Certification.
Experience with Workday Prism Analytics or Workday Adaptive Planning.
