Job Summary

The Workday Functional Consultant will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing Workday Financial Management and HCM systems. With a focus on technical reports and financial processes the candidate will ensure seamless integration and functionality. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of finance and accounting contributing to the companys strategic goals and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of Workday Financial Management solutions to optimize financial processes.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of Workday technical reports to ensure accurate data analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday HCM systems with existing business processes.
Provide technical expertise in Workday configurations to enhance system performance and user experience.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions that align with company objectives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Workday Financial Management implementations.
Support the finance and accounting teams by providing insights and solutions that drive operational efficiency.
Manage system upgrades and enhancements to maintain the integrity and functionality of Workday applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday systems to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize the adoption and utilization of Workday features.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
Monitor system performance and implement strategies to enhance the reliability and scalability of Workday applications.
Stay updated with the latest Workday developments and trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technology.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in Workday Financial Management and Workday HCM systems.
Demonstrate proficiency in creating and managing Workday technical reports.
Have a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
Experience in the Devices/SPM domain is a plus.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
Display strong communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
