Job summary

As a Workday Functional consultant you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting geospatial data to support business decisions. With 4 to 6 years of experience you will leverage your expertise in Workday and Workday HCM to enhance data-driven strategies. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of day shifts without travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Analyze geospatial data to provide insights that drive business decisions and strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial data with Workday systems.
Develop and maintain geospatial databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Utilize Workday HCM to streamline human capital management processes.
Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate geospatial findings effectively.
Implement data quality checks to ensure the integrity of geospatial information.
Support the development of geospatial models to predict trends and patterns.
Provide technical expertise in Workday to optimize system performance and user experience.
Conduct regular audits of geospatial data to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Assist in the design and implementation of geospatial data collection methodologies.
Collaborate with IT teams to enhance geospatial data integration and processing capabilities.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in geospatial technologies and Workday solutions.
Contribute to the companys mission by enabling data-driven decision-making through geospatial analysis.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of geospatial data analysis and interpretation.
Demonstrate proficiency in Workday and Workday HCM systems.
Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Have experience in creating geospatial visualizations and reports.
Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
Display strong communication skills to convey complex data insights.
