Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Workday Functional Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing business processes, conducting functional testing, ensuring smooth integrations, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Daily tasks include configuring Workday applications to meet business needs, troubleshooting issues, and providing support and training to end-users.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in Workday functional

• Workday Functional - HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Comp and Advance comp
• Technical side - Integrations including studio
• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in evaluating business processes
• Excellent Communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
• Experience with Functional Testing and ensuring system integrity
• Knowledge of Integration processes and solutions
• Capability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems is a plus
