Job Description

Role Overview: As an experienced Architect with 4 to 7 years of expertise in Workday HCM Compensation, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Workday solutions to optimize human capital management processes in a hybrid work model. Your role will focus on enhancing organizational efficiency and ensuring seamless integration of Workday solutions with existing systems. You will play a key role in providing expert guidance, conducting system audits, troubleshooting issues, leading training sessions, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement Workday HCM Compensation solutions to enhance organizational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Ensure seamless integration of Workday solutions with existing systems to maintain data integrity. - Provide expert guidance on best practices for Workday HCM Compensation configurations. - Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Workday HCM processes and configurations. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Workday HCM Compensation in a timely manner. - Lead training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Workday solutions. - Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience. - Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and features to leverage new functionalities. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements using Workday. - Support the HR team in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making. - Ensure all Workday HCM Compensation solutions align with the company's strategic goals.
