Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Wine Sommelier to join our team, with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement wine lists and menus to enhance customer experience.
Conduct wine tasting and evaluations to identify high-quality options.
Collaborate with chefs and other staff members to create innovative wine pairings.
Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations.
Stay updated on new wine releases and trends to drive sales growth.
Maintain accurate records of wine inventory and sales performance.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of wine regions, including France, Italy, and California.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and staff.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate wines and make recommendations.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
